Meet Dani Tworek

Hospitality has shaped Dani Tworek’s career for more than a decade.

Before founding Opal Haven Stays, Dani managed hotels within the Marriott and Hilton brands. There, she learned that exceptional hospitality is less about handing someone a room key and more about how you make them feel throughout their stay.

After COVID, I found my way into the short-term rental world, and it quickly became clear that this was where I belonged.

There is something different about welcoming someone into a home. Unlike a traditional hotel room, a home has character. It has a story. It has the opportunity to feel personal. And I loved the idea of taking everything I had learned throughout my years in hospitality and bringing it into a space that felt more intimate, more thoughtful, and more like a true haven.
